It is mainly used for removal of iron, book nail, ash ,sand and glass block, etc , such big specific weight impurities to achieve the purpose of reducing wear of the after equipment and improve the quality of stock.

cleaner is mainly used to remove heavy impurities in the pulp and some light impurities.  Principle of working:

This sand remover is made of high strength cast iron imports, pulp along the tangent direction under pressure flows into the slag, the difference of import and export pressure is used as the power, make pulp along the cone spiral movement produces centrifugal force, the heavy impurity in the paper pulp in under the action of centrifugal force, throw up in the cone surface, and nature, driven down by gravitational force accepts by the middle of the outlet.Heavy impurities and some fiber sinking to the cone, recoil under the high pressure hydraulic washing, make the fiber rise highest cone, cone under heavy impurity by ball sinks to sediment tank made of cast iron.In the import and export pressure indicator to be provided and mounted on the in and out of the pulp mouth for observation in the operation of the pulp out into the pulp pressure and differential pressure.

The Structure and Special Properties

ZSC Double Cone High Efficiency and Concentration Sand Remover is consisted by the import and export head, upper cone, lower cone, pressure gauge, ball valve, high pressure pipe sediment tank and other parts.

ZSC is different from the general desander, as for the unique design with the principle of fluid mechanics can work in the process of high concentration pulp transportation, it does not affect the desand effect. Pulp by slag separator, accepts the recoil pressure water washing of the impurities, fiber loss is zero.

Cone uses the high Concentration cast iron treated after finishing, and wall thickness up to 5-10 cm, wear-resisting corrosion resistance, long service life.

Through in and out of the pulp pressure indicating data, it can be adjusted  the differential pressure of in and out pulp freely, and meet the design requirements of separation efficiency and production capacity.

6. Pressure of clean water pipe must be higher than  the into pulp 0.02 mpa.
