ZH-1000FT-H Corrugated Carton Box Folder and Gluer Machine
The machine is adopted with strengthened single-side driving system, for steady running and easy maintenance.
The motor is adopted with frequency conversion controller, automatic timing and power saving.
Delivery is adopted wirh several thick belts cooperation with shaking motor, ensuring continuous, exact and automatic feeding.
It is adpoted the grinding equipmernt, which makes the glue more stable, firm and glued.
Conveyer part is equipped with sopnge belt, ensuring product quality, transversely receiveing the paper box.
This machine is suitable for unilateral paper box, 4-folding make the paper more beautiful . In the pre-folding part, the first fold and the third fold can be exchanged by 180 degree or 90 degree.
The second fold and fourth fold can be molded in 180 degree. In additional, we can increase the pre-folding of 180 degree and 135 degree. The special design is available.
It can do special box, such an small product box 35mm, should be replaced the spare parts and belts.
