Rarely do you get performance, battery range and compactness into a nicely packaged e-scooter, but the ZERO 8 defies convention to set the standard in high performance compact e-scooters.

The ZERO 8 is chock full of performance features. Featuring a set of rear hydraulic suspension and front spring suspension, the ZERO 8 actually rides really comfortably for its 8 inch tire size. The hydraulic rear suspension really takes away a lot of the vibration which makes going over bumps a breeze. 

Established in 2011, Falcon PEV is a pioneer in the personal electric vehicles industry with more than 8 years of experience in developing and manufacturing electric scooters and peripherals. The ZERO series of e-scooters represents our first project to develop a line of affordable well designed high performance e-scooters. 

In 2011, Falcon PEV started off by partnering with Inokim to distribute the first ever Li-Ion battery powered lightweight electric scooters in the market. Since then, Falcon PEV has become an industry leader in developing customer-oriented processes and customised solutions for electric scooter riders.

2. What are the payment and delivery terms?

50% payment for confirmation of order and balance of 50% to be paid before delivery. Production typically takes between 30-45 days for completion depending on size of order.  

3. What are the warranty terms and conditions?

To benefit from the limited warranty, the customer is advised to read Falcon PEV Pte Ltd Limited Warranty terms together with the important and care and maintenance sections provided in the user manual.

Limited Warranty Details:

Falcon PEV Pte Ltd warrants that Falcon PEV scooter products ("Products") are free from defects in material and workmanship, according to the following terms and conditions:
The limited warranty for ZERO scooter products extends for the first six (6) months beginning on the date of receiving of the product.
The limited warranty for genuine ZERO battery packs extend for the first six (6) months beginning on the date of receiving of product.
The warranted components includes 1. Hub motor 2. Battery 3. Controller 4. Throttle and battery indicator unit 5. Manufacturing defects in the frame 

What this warranty does not cover:

Does not cover damage associated with commercial use.
Does not cover any logistical costs of returning the Product to Falcon PEV Pte Ltd or an authorised service center for servicing or the cost of returning the Product to the customer after servicing.
Defects or damages resulting from use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner.
Defects or damages from abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, or other acts which are not the fault of Falcon PEV Pte Ltd, including damage caused by dropping, blown fuses, spills of food or liquid.
Defects or malfunctions of the product not notified by customer during the warranty period
All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal customer use.

Products operated outside published maximum ratings.
Products used or obtained in rental program
Consumables (such as fuses, brake pads, brake calipers, braking disc, tires, tube, brake cable, bearings etc.)
The battery was short circuited or seals of the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or the battery was used in equipment other than its intended use.
