Its lifetime is 1.5 times of the lead acid battery. The size is only 1/2 of lead acid battery.The weight is 1/3 of lead acid battery.

Storage Way:

To make sure the battery keep normal capacity level, we suggest the storage condition is as -20 ~ 50℃,low humidity and No corrosive gas.

Do not store the battery in high temperature or high humidity place. If not, battery leakage, battery rust and low capacity problem will come with.

For the long storage, the battery capacity will become low. So it is better to charge it and discharge it each 3 months at least.

Warranty Condition:

If it can not be charged or discharged or over capacity fading(Without manual damage or incorrect using comparing the user guide),we provide 6 months’ warranty.

 If there is manual damage, such as using different incorrect charger leading to the Circuit protection board or cell broken,short circuit, Knock against deformation, water or sand coming inside, disassembling and over loading working, there is no warranty.

2. Q: What's the total cost for samples?

A: Total sample cost= sample cost + freight

We will give you the best shipping cost after getting the wheel size and battery type. 

3. Q: How do you ship samples?

A: Because sample quantity is not big, we support to ship samples by DHL, UPS or FEDEX , which has fast speed and less damages.

4. Q: What's your minimum order quantity?

A: 10sets.One or two samples are acceptable.

5. Q: Could I use my own forwarder?

A: Yes.

6. Q: I am a new international business partner. Could you help me to find an experienced forwarder to organize shipment for us?
