2.With this machine, you can make different surface carving, arcsurface milling,bending surface machining for 4D jobs,like special shaped arts, bended doors or cabinets;

3.Bed is welded with thick seamless square steel tube ,then processed by high temperature tempering treatment and vibrating stress relief (VSR) to relief the residual stress,Gantry and side board are made of aluminium and extrusions. The frame is precision machined from large format CNC machines. Aluninum is more stable and accuracy than steel and not easy for deform.

4. US style design: Transmissed by imported ball screw in all 3 Axis . uses high precision 20mm Hiwin linear guide rails and guide blocks.

5. X,Y axis use the belt instead of the couplings which can increase the torque, no dislocation, Z axis use the direct connection, use the Italy HSD 3kw air cooling spindle,high precision.

6. Automatic central lubricate system. It could be set automatically auto lubricate at your setting time.

7. Hard damping limit(mechanical limit)

8. Delta servo motor, frequency converter and servo motor drives,high speed and more precision.

9. Transverse T-slot table top is designed for the end user to easily create clamping solutions. The aluninum plate 25mm thick and has slots spaced 5mm apart. The slots are designed to fit kinds of bolt heads or nuts to allow you to fixture your parts many ways and easily.
