Technological Process
According to the material required by the customer, it is generally cast from HT200H or HT250
After the casting arrives at the factory, it will be processed according to the customer's drawing size and processing requirements, and the rough turning and groove shape will be started.
After roughing turning, start finishing, meeting the size requirements of customer drawings
After the processing is completed, make dynamic balance according to customer requirements. If the dynamic balance is not close, Counterweight can be added.
Test whether the product size meets the requirements of the drawings, and issue a test report.
To prevent the goods from rusting during long-distance transportation, surface treatment, painting, anti-rust oil etc. according to customer requirements
