Just as important as the inner cleanliness that we work towards in our yoga practice, is outer cleanliness, or cleanliness of our environment and surroundings. It really just takes a minute to clean your mat, and that minute right after class can save you the hours you may spend cleaning months of built-up grime and the cost of frequent mat replacements. Do it while you’re chatting with your fellow yogis. 

It is NOT a good idea to put a yoga mat in the washing machine or the bathtub. The agitation of a washing machine may create tears in the mat and even if it doesn’t, a mat takes 3-5 days to fully dry after it has been immersed in water. 

Using plain water will not effectively break down the sweat and toxins released by your body during your practice. Do not use diluted bleach or soap solutions because they may discolour your mat, irritate your skin, or leave a soapy film that will actually make your mat more slippery. 

To clean your TPE yoga mat effectively and efficiently, use a mat wash and sponge. Lightly spray your mat with the mat wash (without saturating it) and wipe it down gently with a sponge. Wait a few seconds before rolling up your mat and you’re done! 


If you don’t want to buy a prepared mat wash you can make your own by filling a spray bottle with filtered water and adding a few drops of anti-bacterial or anti-fungal essential oils such as tea tree, lavender or rosemary.

What is Your MOQ?

Sanfan offers OEM and ODM service.

For those regular TPE yoga mat ( Regular color & Regular Size), we have Semi-product in our warehouse. If you do not mind the cost of the shipping, our MOQ is 1 piece.

For some unique design ( including individual color, size, logo, pattern, and printing), the MOQ will be 500 pcs.

How Can I get a Sample?

Free samples will be offered with regular color and size. Individual request on the samples have to be discussed for OEM project. You will be charged if there happens some extra cost when we make the your individual sample.

Besides, the buyer will be required to pay the shipping cost for the samples. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your carrier company account.  Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

 Or you can sent us the cost and we’ll arrange the shipping with our carrier company agent.

What is the sample lead time?

For regular TPE yoga mat, it takes 1-3 days even with your logo on.

For your OEM TPE yoga mat, it takes 5-7 days or even more(depends on your request).

What is the production lead time?

The quantity and the OEM request verifies the lead time.

Normally, it will take 1-7 days for regular TPE yoga mats while it will take 15-20 days for your special request.

What files do you need if I want to do my own design?

For logos, it is better for us to get your origin design in AI or PDF format.

For printings, your origin design in AI or PDF format is required to set up the print-plate.

A mock-up picture will be sent to you for final approval before sampling.

How many colors are available for TPE yoga mat?

Purple, Violet, Pink, Mazarine, Blue, Black, Mint Green, Turquoise are our regular color in stock.  We check colors with Pantone  Matching System. Pls send us your pantone color code you need. We’ll make the samples accordingly or recommend closed colors.

What kind of testing reports are available?

All our TPE yoga mat are made with Eco-friendly material. They are free from PVC, phthalates, silicone, latex, odor and other toxic items. All testing reports regarding to Rohs, CE, EN71-73 etc. Are available. However, the buyers are required to pay the testing charge for a curtain order.

What is your payment terms?

Normally, we accept T/T, 30% deposit when order confirmed and 70% against the copy of B/L for FOB orders.

100% payment by T/T, Alibaba trade insurance or Paypal before shipping for EXW orders.
