The YGL type organic heat carrier furnace adopts traditional combustion technology. Fuel coal is burned on the grate from the burner door, and the high-temperature flue gas conducts radiation heat exchange on the inner wall of the inner coil. Then through the top of the inner coil, rotate 180° into the interlayer area of the inner         and outer coils to form a convective heating surface. The fine carbon black and dust contained in the flue gas fall on the grate from the ash collection port and burn again, while the flue gas enters the interlayer area of the outer coil and the sheath at the bottom of the interlayer and enters through the flue after dust removal. Working Principle:

   The working principle of the vacuum boiler is to use the characteristics of the boiling temperature of the heat medium water at different pressures to work.

Burning under the working pressure of the vacuum boiler makes the temperature of the heat medium water rise to the saturation temperature and produces negative pressure steam at the same temperature on the water surface. The negative pressure steam heats the cold water in the heat exchanger into hot water through condensation heat exchange, while the negative pressure steam is cooled and condensed into water droplets and then heated to complete the entire cycle.
