This machine is designed for making cosmetics cream, lotion, gel, body washing, shampoo, liquid soap.
---Working principle
Products are mixed and high sheared cutting in a vacuum negative pressure space which can produce fine, smooth and non-bubble high quality products. We designed a inner cycling pipe which use the force of homogenizer to make the products recycling.
Small capacity vacuum emulsifying machine is designed for manufacturing small patch cosmetic production or laboratory R&D new technology high quality cosmetics products. Contact material is SUS 316L. It can also be used in pharmaceutical and medical fields.
This max working volume of this machine is 10 liters, actually we make it as 15 liters to ensure the enough working capacity. The working capacity can be customized according from 5 Liters to 500 liters. If your production capacity is large, we also can customize the big capacity 1000L to 5000L emulsifying machine.

---The Siemens touch screen control panel is with button and description, so you can operate it easily. With emergency stop, it can protect the machine from being damaged and protect the worker's safety.
---With frame mixer structure, the mixing paddle is with Teflon scrapper, which is made of SUS316L. The whole machine is made from stainless steel with polish. The scrapper on sides can scrap the product on the inner wall to mix without dead angle.
---Siemens motor, electric heating bar, inner cycling pipe, discharge outlet. The motor is to control the bottom homogenizer. It can high shear the product into small molecule.
---The emulsifying pot inside is with homogenizer which can high shear the materials into small molecule. The side hole connect with outer circulation pipe, control by ball valve.
