Honchon provide carbide milling burs which perfectly compatible for mainstream dental CAD/CAM equipment system, widely used to mill Zirconia, Disilicate lithiums, PMMA and wax, Titanium and Cobalt-Chromium and etc. Titanium, DLC, DC coated diamond are available. We can make various types of milling tools compatible for different milling machine like Yenadent, Roland, Wieland,VHF, Sirona MCX5, imes icore, Zirkonzahn, Amann Girrbach and etc. And other types can be customised according to your need.
We have different coated for Roland burs. DLC, diamond, rainbow coated available for zirconia milling.
Normal diamond coated burs can mill at least 550 units, superior diamond coated can mill 700-900 units.

Difference among zirconia ceramic can occur with the level of purity of zirconia, grain size, trace elements and stabilizing compounds, and consistency of formulation.
Difference can exist in shrinkage from batch to batch because of differences in the thermal expansion(CTE).
