Product Application

With custom designed concrete clamp, vibratory hammer YZ100 can be used for various types of pre-made concrete piles, cast-in-place concrete pile, concrete expanded bore pile,lime pile and,stone column pile.

1, Cofferdam
Piling hammers YZ100 is used to drive sheet pile to build the coffer wall. It is high efficiency to drive and pull sheet piles.
2. Trestle Work and Offshore Working Platform
Drive sheet pile or casing pile to build working passage and platform before build bridge, dork, port, etc. It is easy to build and easy to remove.
3. Offshore Wind Mill Single Pile and Group Pile
Foundation machines YZ-100 is efficient to use vibratory hammer drive casing pile into the sea, environmentally friendly and easy to adjust.

Main Features

1 , Heavy duty lifting section.

2, Using Eaton or Manuli hydraulic hose. Distribution manifold makes good arrangement of the hose. 
3, Second stage vibration reducing system protects lifting equipment better, and also increases pile 
extracting force of vibratory hammer. 
4, Hydraulic oil hose assembled in the top plate, avoid exposing in the outside and damage while 
operation and reduce failure.
5, FAG bearing ensures a longer life of the equipment. 
6, Inserted motor mounting type design, makes the equipment more reliable and reduces collision. 
7, Eccentric filled with heavy metal produce more amplitude.
8, Lubrication system adopted both forced lubrication and splashing lubrication, reduce the liquid 
temperature with a bigger oil container at the same time. 
9, Small and compact structure of hammer makes it favorable for constructing in narrow working room. 
10, Gear box is vibration proof, qualified gears and eccentrics create massive vibration. 
11, The clamp is made of solid block, insert with locking cylinder to eliminate troublesome.
