YTD32 Series four column hydraulic pressis one of the new generations of plate process produced by Accurl. The four-column three-beam and four-pole structure are designed for large operating spaces. The four-column hydraulic pressis suitable for automatic operations forming, punching, bending, straightening and multi-press assemblies to form automatic production line.

It has fully enclosed drive, which is easy accessible to maintenance, eliminating exposed over hanging parts, slide and bolster tables with T-slots.

Using a variable flow piston pump offers high pressure resistance, high velocity, durability as well as low noise.

Hydraulic pipe system of the four-column hydraulic press uses integrated circuits – manifold block fits inside the press to reduce piping and oil leaks, easy to maintain, simple and safe. Hydraulic system is from Bosch, Germany.

The hydraulic press machinehas a protective fence and a safety interlock to ensure that the operation runs safely. It also has a movable single-hand pedal switch, thus it is easy to operate.

Front side is covered with safety switches, back light safety guards (Category-4), foot pedal, all of which conform to the standards of CE regulation.

Guiding device: It adopts four cylindrical locations guiding to ensure the steady precision, and it’s of easy access to test and maintain.

The four column hydraulic presscan beoperated with automatic one cycle design; two hand push button design for simple and safe operation. Thefour column hydraulic presscould also realize three-operation mode: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic.

PLC press control is flexible and safe. Adjustable proximity switches allows stroke adjustments in seconds.

 All our electrical, hydraulic and mechanical parts are standard in the industry and available throughout North America and Europe.

 The Machine is with both hands button and foot switch control: anti-tie down, non-repeat controls with ring guards; conforms to OSHA.

 Dual control you can select to use:

a) Moveable pedestal height for comfort and ease of operation c/w dual electric palm buttons & extra emergency stop;
b) Movable single-hand pedal switch.
