DHA powder is made of DHA algal oil by microencapsulation technology. DHA, short for docosahexaenoic acid, is an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid that contains 22 carbon atoms and 6 double bonds. DHA powder mainly comes from Marine organisms such as deep-sea fish and Marine microalgae, according to different sources known as fish oil DHA powder and algal oil DHA powder. DHA is an important component of brain cell membrane and is involved in the formation and development of brain cells. It is suitable for infants and pregnant women.
