Bearing installation should be done with care, regardless of how high-precision bearings, such as a problem to be installed, it is impossible to reach the desired results. Therefore, the following points should be noted :

1. keep bearings parts and clean the surrounding environment, even the smallest dust will also bring some risks to the bearing, efforts should be made to reduce the impact of dust on the bearings.

2. the installation should avoid strong collision or impact, or will cause scratches or dents become accident hazards, severe cases can cause bearing cracks, fracture.

3. you should use the appropriate assembly tools. Avoid relatively primitive tools.

4. pay attention to corrosion of bearings. In the operation of the bearing should pay attention to gas or hands sweat corrosion resistance band around, pay attention to rust and paint operations with clean tools. Try to wear gloves.
