1, Product Description and Features
According to the national latest standard on fire pumps (GB6245-1998), our company has developed the new generation of XBD medium and low pressure pump products on the base of the original vertical multistage pumps and vertical single-stage pumps. Including the type of YNA-XBD-DL, this series of pumps can meet the requirements of fire pumps in performance, structure, materials and configuration. With the use of advanced hydraulic mode, they can well satisfy users’ requirements. The vertical structure features high efficiency and wide range of performance, and to save floor occupation greatly. The use of quality bearing and motor makes pump running more safely and dependably with little noise and vibration. Hydraulically balanced axial force to reduce balancing drum, making it running more smoothly. Its shaft seal has the types of mechanical seal and packing seal.

4, Working Condition
Applicable for transferring clear water or non-corrosive media whose physical and chemical characteristic is similar as clear water and solid insoluble matters less than 0.1%.
Medium temperature: -15℃ - 120℃.
Max. working pressure: ≤2.5 Mpa.
Ambient temperature: ≤40℃and relative temperature:≤95℃.
5, Strctural Drawing
This pump takes a vertical, multistage and segmental structure. The suction, stage and discharge casings of pump are fastened by stay bolts. Each casing has an impeller and guide vance. The axial force is balanced by hydraulic power, and the residual axial force is bome by bearing.
Shaft seal may be packing seal or mechanical seal. A detachable structure may be used for mechanical seal.
Pump is driven by motor. Viewing from the motor, pump runs clockwise
The water inlet is in the lower position, while the water outlet is in the upper position. The relative position of inlet and outlet may be fitted by 0°,90°, 180° or 270°as requested. If not demanded, it can be 180°, that is , the water inlet and outlet are placed on the both sides of pump.
This pump can be equipped with relevant control equipment if requested by users.
This pump is fitted with priming water system and exhaust device.
Impeller may be made of bronze so as to avoid the rushting between impeller and guide vane after long time of rest.
Pump unit may be equipped with vibration isolator or vibration isolating pad, and connectind board.
