The Nanopower series OF MAGNETOresistance (MR) sensors, IC, are ultra-sensitive devices designed for a wide range of applications with atmospheric gaps, small magnetic fields and low power requirements.The sensor IC responds to a north or South Pole applied in a direction parallel to the sensor.They do not require pole identification, simplifying installation and potentially reducing system costs.These sensor ics use very low average current consumption and push-pull outputs that do not require pull-up resistors.The sensor IC can operate at power supply voltages as low as 1.65 V, thus improving energy efficiency.The Nanopower series has two magnetic sensitivities, which can meet the needs of various applications:
•SM351LT: Suitable for applications requiring ultra-high magnetic sensitivity (7 G typical operation, maximum 11 G operation) and extremely low current consumption (typical value 360 nA).
•SM353LT: Suitable for applications requiring extremely high magnetic sensitivity (14 G typical, 20 G maximum) and very low current consumption (310 nA typical).These MAGNETOreluctance sensor IC, Nanopower series are available in a subminiature SOT-23 surface mount package, with reels and reels (3000 units per reels) for automatic pickup and drop element mounting.
