A3: you need to send us your artwork in high resolution. Our graphic designer will make a dummy/ visual for, you just need to
approve the final dunny/visual.

A4: Firstly we confirm product details and then send the proforma invoice;
You make payment to us through Alibaba Trade Assurance or T/T, Western Union or Money Gram,
after we confirm your payment then ship the product to you once finished production.
