Lead time:depend on the quantity, generally it need about7-15 days for big order.

5,What are the payment terms?
Payment<=5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=5000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance against the copy of B/L,Western Union, MoneyGram. IRREVOCABLE L/C AT SIGHT is acceptable.
6,How about warranty?

One year warranty, if damage within 1 year,we will afford the maintenance costs,if damage beyond the warranty period,we will provide parts as the factory price.
7,How about packing?
inner: paper carton, plastic film, outer: wooden case .suitable for international transportation.
