Our Service
Warranty:
12 months Manufacturer's limited Warranty for defective Items (excluding items damaged and/ or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
Defective items MUST BE reported and returned with the warranty period (and in the original packing if possible).
You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.
Shipment:
We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, customs fee, Remote surcharge or customs delay. If the parcel is retuned back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fees, we would NOT resend the parcel unitl the buyer pay off those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.
We are factory in China, for most model, we have them in stock. You just need to give us 2-3 days to test the device.
For some models, we have some models in Europen Warehouse, please check with us when you confirm the order.

Return/ Refund
1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.
3. WHEN Buyer and Seller agree to cancel the transaction, we will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT upon receipt of the item in its original condition with all components and accessories.
4. Buyers have the duty to check the parcel carefully before signing the parcel. Once the parcel is signed, seller think buyer got the product in good condition.
If buyers found the parcel empty after they singed, The Sellers is not responsible for this. The Sellers wont refund buyer and wont resend buyer a parcel.
