Structural principle of plate heat exchanger
The plate heat exchanger is composed of heat transfer plate, sealing gasket, pressing plate, upper and lower guide rods, pillars and clamping bolts. The four corners of the heat transfer plate are provided with corner holes and are fitted with sealing gaskets. When the equipment is clamped, the sealing gaskets are sealed and connected according to the process combination, and the corner holes are connected to each other to form a labyrinth medium. The channel allows the heat exchange medium to flowcounter currently in adjacent channels, and performs sufficient heat exchange through enhanced heat radiation, heat convection, and heat conduction.
Due to the special structure of the heat transfer plate, strong turbulence can be induced at a lower flow rate (Re=200) after assembly, thus accelerating the destruction of the fluid boundary layer and strengthening the heat transfer process.
The working pressure of the plate heat exchanger is generally 0.3Mpa-2.0Mpa, and the working temperature is generally less than 160 degrees. For steam heating or condensation, the accessory desuperheater is generally installed on the plate heat exchanger to protect the gasket of the plate heat exchanger and increase the steam treatment amount.
