2.If we have not the existing mould, it will be take 10-15 work days to open an new mould; The mould fee will be 100% paid at first, It will be refundable when the order quantity is up to 200K pcs.

Packing:
  1.Standard Packaging:
Single in a polybag ,then put into an exporter carton
  2.Custom Packaging:
If you can provide good advice,we will be very pleased to pack it as you customize.

Shipping:
  1.There is fluctuation on the freight charge. We will try our best to keep you best rate for you and update it accordingly.
  2.Final freight cost will be charged at actual.

  3.By courier, like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc. It is door to door, usually, 5-7 days to arrive.

  4.By air to the air port, usually, 3-4 days to arrive.

  5.By sea to sea port, 15-30 days to arrive.

  6.If your delivery time is very urgent, we suggest you choose by courier or by air. If it is not very urgent, we suggest you choose by sea, it is very cheap.

Quality Problem

We will Chek every piece of products carefully before shipping, however some of them may get damaged during the tansit, if you find any quality problem, please contact us within 15 days after receipt, we will resend you a new product or refund you payment.

Customized order product: Once goods delivered, no return is allow, unless goods quality problem.

Stock product: For any reason, you don not like it or simply want to return, please contact us within 15 days after receipt, keep the products in the original condition and pay the shipping cost by yourself, we will full refund after receive returned products.
