Features:
1. It is suitable for the finishing of cotton and its blended fabric yarns with good fluffy softness.
2. It is used for denim fabrics without returning to blue, with outstanding softness and no influence on fastness.
3. It has good hydrophilicity and anti-static properties, which improves a comfortable wearing feeling.
4. This product is safe to use, cost-effective and stable.
5. Green and environmentally friendly additives, no APEO, NPEO, environmentally friendly products.
Dilution method: use 9-19 times of room temperature to 70 degrees hot water to dilute, stir well and filter before using.
Dosage:
Impregnation method
Diluent: 1-5% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:10
Temperature: normal temperature
Time: 15-30min
When the pH is lower than 6.0, the effect is better.
Padding
A-157D diluent 5-50 g/l, one padding process, 150 to 160 degrees of shaping.
(Note: This process and dosage are for reference only, users need to experiment by themselves before production to make sure.)
Storage: placing in shaded and cool warehouse, avoiding sunshine and wetting for 12 month.
Package: 50/120kg; inner plastic bag and plastic drum.
Transportation: cautiously loading as non-dangerous cargo.
