1. What is your MOQ?

Small order quantity is accepted at the first time, and it depends on the stock. For bigger quantity you place, the better price we can offer.

2. Can i get some samples? Lead time of samples? Do i need to pay?

We can provide the samples, it needs several days to prepare, for more details, please contact with our sales.

For new customers, sample fee and shipping cost are required. The sample fee can be returned once you place an order.

We do not accept the samples are shipped to domestic/Macao/Hongkong.

3. What is your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons. If you need the customized cartons, please feel free to let us know.

4. What is the lead time?

It usually takes 35days to 45days after PI confirmation and receiving the advanced payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity you order.

5. What is your terms of payment?

We prefer L/C at sight, TT for mass order and Paypal for samples.

30% deposit and 70% balance payment against BL copy or before loading.

6. What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

7. We would like to put our logo on your product, can you make it?

Sure. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design firstly base on our sample.

8. How can we get the detailed quotation?
