Description:
1.QD model bridge cranes are of higher work duty, which can reach A5, A6, A7, A8; and large tonnage, such as 50 ton, 80 ton, 100 ton, 125ton, 200 ton, 250 ton, 300 ton, 350 ton, etc.
2.It is composed of crane trolley (winch trolley), end truck, bridge girder, electrical system, etc.
3.Control way can be cabin, or, Pendant, and remote. The cabin is Full field of view, suspended under the main girder.
4.It is widely used for mechanical assembly , mechanical repair , stone processing , steel handling , metallurgical , chemical workshops, power stations, material yards,Etc
Working Features:
(1) The Whole crane is of variable speed by VFD ~~Schneider electricals/ Siemens main electric parts , Schneider VFD, SEW brand geared motors;
(2) Main lifting speed: 0-3m/min; Aux lifting speed: 0-10m/min; CT speed: 0-25m/min; LT speed: 0-40 m/min;
(3) Work Duty: FEM2M, A5; Cabin control, Remote control;
(4)Suitable for any environment ( high temperature, explosion proof and so on);
(5) Europe style design of low headroom, low deadweight, low noise, power-saved, investment-saved, etc;
(6) Smart anti-swaying system is optional;
(7)Depending on lifting cargo, crane can be equipped with hanging beam magnet or magnet chuck or Grab or C hook;
(8) We can reserve the Gateway, for the future upgrading project to automation, intelligient crane, even, non-person workshop.
(9)Crane is equipped with all moving limit switch, loading limit and other standard safety devices, to promise crane work safe.
