Q1. What is the MPLR?
It is a new type of light source, just like a LED Bulb, however, it is built with wiring and mounting, it can be directly mounted to a standard ceiling (pan) fixture without using any screws. Its average life is 3 times more than the LED Bulb, and 20% more effective, plus it is more even light distributions.
MPLR is developed by Worbest and it is a patented product.
Q2. What is the advantage of MPLR?
It is Plug & Play product, it does not require any wiring or screwing to use the MPLR. It is cheaper than using AC modules and DC modules. It will be even cheaper than the LED bulbs, if you cound the life and time of cost and replacements. It is safer than most of the light sources on the market.
Q3. Can I have a sample order for led light modules?
Yes, sample order is welcome to help you better test and check quality.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx. It usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are at your free choice, just name it.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led light modules product?
Yes. Please inform us of all your requirements in detail before our mass production and we will produce as your demands.
Q6. How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
