HEAT TRANSFER process is a one-time heating by a thermal transfer film, and the pattern on transfer foil is transferred onto the surface of substrates,to form a permanent decorative effect. In thermal transfer process, the protective layer and the pattern layer are separated from the polyester carrier film by the combination of heat and pressure, and the hot melt adhesive permanently bonds the entire decorative layer to the substrate.
Using our transfer film,the surface of the substrate has excellent properties such as abrasion resistance, sunshine resistance and alcohol resistance, and the pattern is novel and beautiful, and the color tone is stable.
Hot transfer foil can be used on different materials, including MDF, foam board, Particle board, WPC, and PVC, PS, and so on.

Free sample is available, your side only need to bear the shipping freight or send us the courier account number, then we will arrange the sample shipping within 3 days.
2.Can you cut foil as my size?
Yes.We provide free cutting service only if the rolls come from us.(The cutting width should be no less than 200mm)
3.Can I customized my own pattern?
Of course you can.In initial stage,you only need to pay for the costs of cylinder.We will do free sample production.Meanwhile,you own the copy right for this pattern.The pattern won't appear in any of our Public information without your permission.
4. How long can the goods be ready after I make payment ?
A: Normally in 7-10 working days.
