Wood Sawdust Dryer Rotary Drum Sand Dryer Drying Machine
Airflow dryers, also known as ducted dryers, are important equipment for the production of charcoal. It works by feeding wood chips containing moisture into the hot air stream to obtain dried wood chips. Its models are small, medium and large. The newly developed domestic leading drying equipment of our factory adopts secondary heating circulation system to enhance the heat and mass transfer rate. It has automatic feeding, fast hot air flow, full mixing of airflow materials, large drying strength and small dust , time period, high thermal efficiency, high wet processing capacity and so on. The moisture of the wood chips can be dried at 40% to meet the requirements of the rod, which reduces the labor intensity compared with other dryers.

Main Feature

Nature of wood briquette machine
1.Dry raw materials: rice husk, sawdust and crushed foam, branches, wood chips and other granular materials (diameter less than 3mm, length less than 5mm).
2.Air flow type sawdust dryer is widely used in straw briquette fuel, charcoal machinery, wood pellet fuel, sawdust briquetting agriculture and animal husbandry engineering and other industries.Such as corn stover drying, drying soybean straw, cotton straw drying, drying wheat straw, sorghum stalk drying, drying wood chips, wood shavings drying, sawdust drying, drying ginkgo biloba,mulberry leaves drying and other agricultural cellulosic material drying.
3. Production efficiency: hot air is 180℃, the relative humidity of 35% of the sawdust or rice husk was dried to a relative temperature of 10%.
