Therefore, high-frequency vacuum, qualitative and balanced drying of wood is a combined drying technology integrating the advantages of high-frequency heating and negative pressure vacuum. It is the most ideal drying method of wood.

1. High frequency heating: in the high frequency drying equipment, the wood is in the middle of the high frequency polar plate, and the electric field directly penetrates the wood for uniform heating, while the high frequency only acts on the water, and the wood itself does not absorb the electric field. Therefore, the water is quickly heated and gasified. Due to the internal temperature and water vapor pressure, a pressure gradient is formed inside the wood, forcing the water in the wood to be discharged to the surface, The water vapor is discharged into the tank, so the high-frequency drying is heated from the inside to the outside, which is just opposite to the traditional steam or hot air heating. Therefore, the relative humidity of the wood surface is very large, eliminating the process of continuous water spraying in the drying process. 2. Vacuum state: the boiling point of water in vacuum state is low, and the water in vacuum, qualitative and balanced drying equipment begins to vaporize when it is heated to 60 ℃, which achieves the purpose of drying at low temperature, greatly reduces the problem of wood cracking and deformation, and is especially suitable for the drying of more valuable wood sensitive to temperature.
