3. Vertical Disc Cutting cover: 14mm channel steel. It is a opening design, that be convenient for maintenance and the blade replacement.
4. Disc Cutter: a big carton dish design than included on the combination block. The diameter: 98cm, 100cm, 120cm, 121cm.
5. Combination block: a combination from 6 pcs of upper press blocks, 6 pcs of bottom press blocks, 6 pcs of blade bases and 6 pcs of blades.
6. Bottom press block: fixed on the disc cutter.
7. Upper press block: fixed on the blade.
8. Blade base: installs on the disc cutter.
9. Blade: installs on the blade base.
Power system

14. Bearing assembly: hold up whole disc cutter and ensure operating rotate accuracy and inclining friction coefficient.
Frame
15. Chassis: a heavy integrated frame design. The chassis is according to the different discharge form, there are two types of the chassis of the chippers.
