2. How to get sample ?
Sure. We usually provide one or two samples for free.But you need to pay the freight.

3.How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
7-10 days for existing samples.
15-20 days for customize samples.

4. How long is the massive production lead time?
7 days for MOQ.
25-30 days for 30000 pcs of order.
Accurate production lead is based on your order quantity and base on color is approved.

5. How much is the freight charge?
When you place the order online, the system will show the shipping cost, if there is no problems, you can just place the order, when we get payment, we will ship in leading time.
And for small quantity, usually we will use SF-Express to deliver, if SF-Express can't send, we will choose DHL,Fedex or UPS to deliver. Of course, DHL,Fedex and UPS are more expensive than SF-Express.
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea.

6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We provide customize service. But for customize products, we have a minimum quantity, it's 100 pieces for one size one color, so it will be a big quantity for customize service.
Files in fonts of JPG, AI, CDR or PDF would be better ,We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.
