Q1: Can we start with small qtys?
A: Yes, The moq is negotiable for trial order
Q2: Do you offer free samples?
A: yes, usually for stock products:1 or 2 pcs for free but you need to pay the sample freight by yourself.
For products that need to make a mold: the mold fee will be refunded after order amount confirmed to a certain quantity.
Q3: What about the packing and shipping?
A: usually we pack as bulk packing, the color box in the picture is just for showing. If you need the box, pls contact us to request. and we can also customize the package if you need.
Q4: Can you do private label items?
A: yes, We can do both OEM and ODM, and we promise to keep your information and design private. And usually free cost for UPC label on the customized box.
Q5: What's the payment term?
A: 1.Payment terms: 30% deposit upon your order, 70% balance before shipment.
2.Payment option: TT ,Western Union, Paypal, Trade assurance.
3. Paypal is just for receiving small amount remittance, like sample fee, freight,mold charge. And payment by paypal will add 4% extra handling charges for the buyer.
Q6: what’s your after sales service?
We always full inspect the bulk goods before shipping. But if you find the defect items, please contact our sales representative in time within 30days after you received our products. The sales representative shall deal with your complaint at once.
As a responsible supplier, we promise that we will replace or refund the defective goods within 2 months once get your feedback. This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper preservation/transportation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster.
