W525VS otating machinery condition monitoring system is developed based on vibration monitoring system of wireless sensor network. Wireless monitoring system get real-time acceleration signal /velocity/displacement signal through wireless monitoring device; wireless data transmission controller get the signal and transfer to industrial control computer through USB, ethernet ..., wireless vibration monitoring of monitoring software and PMS system count vibration parameters calculation, real-time data display, trend data display, provide historical data management and automatic report function，simultaneously alarm when abnormal or excessive vibration.
