Q. How often do I use?
1 to 3 times a day is recommended for each area used. An operation time is 25 minutes, and continuous use in the same area may cause muscle strain.
Q. How often do I need to replace pad?
It can be used 20-25 times on average, depending on the use, after-use storage and the condition of skin.
Q. Can I use during exercise/work out?
This product is not waterproof. Use it on dry skin and do not store it in a humid place.
Q. Which intensity is recommended?
Please start with weak intensity(1-5 step). Please reduce to lower intensity if you feel pain.
Q. It does not work and keep beeping.

Q. What raw material is used for the pad?
It uses a hydrogel commonly used for mask packs and contact lenses. Please note this product has passed the skin hypersensitivity test.
