working principle
1. The test box is divided into left and right parts, the left part is the combustion chamber, and the right part is the control room. After the test product is installed with the fixture, it is driven by a motor, which can drive left and right, and automatically control during the test.
2. The glow wire is fixed, and the test trolley is moved to the right and applied to the glow wire, and the trolley is pulled with a heavy hammer to keep the applied pressure at 1N, and a limit mechanism is used to limit the pressing depth to 7mm.
3. The glow wire application time (Ta) is controlled by the digital display time relay preset.
4. The flame ignition time (Ti) is measured by a digital display time relay and controlled by a button.
5. The flame out time (Te) is measured by a digital display time relay and controlled by a button.
6. The control box adopts the adjustment of the glow wire current and the temperature controller to accurately control the glow wire temperature. The thermocouple is an imported product,High measurement accuracy and high reliability.
