Q2: Can you provide OEM service? A: Yes, we work on OEM orders. Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing solution, etc will depend on your requests; and your logo will be customized on our products.
Q3: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation? A: 1. Size of the products 2. Material and stuff(if have) 3. package 4. Quantities 5. Please send us some pictures and designs for checking if possible so we can do best as your request. Otherwise, we will recommend relevant products with details for your reference.
Q4: Can we get sample before order ? A: Sample is free with available fabric based on order’s quantity with express mail freight collect. Samples can be submitted within 3-7days with available fabric or 15-25days with special made fabric, but need charge for special sample and refunded once order place Q5: Where is KingShine and What is KingShine good at ? Is it possible to visit your factory? A: KingShine is located in Nanchang. It is very convenient to visit us, and all clients from all over the world are highly welcome to us. Q6: Shipping Method and Shipping Time? A: 1. Express courier like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc, shipping time is about 4-7 working days depends on country and area. 2. By air port to port: about 3-7days depends on port. 3. By sea port to port: about 15-35days.
Q7:How to make an order? • Sample approved • Client make 30% deposit TT or open L/C after receiving PI •Client approve our pre-production sample, and get the testing report if any necessary • Client arrange balance payment. • We arrange shipment and send original documents or telex release the goods.
