Brief introduction of used rotary sand dryer
used rotary sand dryer have two type,including airflow dryer machine and rotary drum dryer machine.They can dry many kinds of material, such as sawdust, rice husk,wood chips,corn stalks,etc.It also can make relative humidity of 20-40% wet raw materials (size: length less than 5mm, diameter less than 6mm) dry to the relative humidity is 8-12% under the temperature 180°C.

content between 20%-40%.It can reduce the humility to 8%-12% one drying time
4.Heat resourse: by gas or wood biomass, it needs to burn the wood biomass waste as around 25-30kg/h

Raw material of used rotary sand dryer
Almost all the wood waste can be drying which contain moisture,such as rice husk, cnrn stalks,
sawdust,wood chips,branches charcoal, iron ore, chromoe ore, copper ore, coconut chips,
plam leaves,coconut chips, crushed plam leaves,etc.
This machine is suitable for drying raw materials of moisture 30-60%.Length < 5mm, diameter < 6mm.
Q:How is the heat? How can I get it?
A:The buyer could use wood or coal as fuel drying in the heating stove.Some customers asked
me ever if can use electric to get heating, we can design this dryer, but if use using electric, the
cost will be very high, and need to build a electric station.
Q:What kind of fuel can be used with the dryer equipment ?
A:Diesel, natural gas, coal, lump trees, wood chips and other kind of fuel are OK.
Q:What's the drying temperature of the dryer equipment ?
A:Drying temperature is adjustable depend on different raw material. It varies from 70 to 700 °C.
