The maintenance method of a brick.
1. The maintenance site should be clean and level to prevent the non-burning bricks from deforming due to site problems.
2.The resting time is about 6 hours, you can move the non-burning brick or take the non-burning brick off the pallet,move the non-burning bricks to the place where the finished products are stacked for natural maintenance, and handle them with care when stacking.
3. The temperature is about 20 degrees. After stacking, it is generally necessary to water twice a day to keep the non-burning bricks moist.The number of watering depends on the temperature, and no watering is required in winter.
4. During maintenance, in order to maintain a certain humidity, it can be covered with plastic film; the temperature in winter is very highWhen it is low, insulation and covering measures should be taken.
5. The non-burning brick must reach the curing cycle before it can be used, the national standard is 28 days,it can be sold after one week of curing.
