1. About PLC control cabinet : SIEMENS PLC and button; ABB relay; Schneider Accessories etc. Furthermore, there is and additional heat dispassion resistor installed the right side of our PLC for speeding up the dispassion and makes the cycle time shorter.

2. Our hydraulic station system and solenoid valve are YOUKEN, Taiwan brand which is from Taiwan. It is fully sealed so don't worry water leakage and there is a cover for easily clean.

3. About vibration box and raw materials feeding: we use the advantage frequency conversion motor to make the density of different types of blocks produced are nice.

4. Whole cast vibration box used not welded by iron plates to make our vibration box stronger and longer lifespan.
