Products Description
Polyamide resin is a kind of polycondensation polymer compound with CONH structure. It is usually obtained by polycondensation of dicarboxylic acid and diamine. The most outstanding advantage of polyamide resin is that the range of softening point is very narrow. Unlike other thermoplastic resins, there is a gradual curing or softening process. When the temperature is slightly lower than the melting point, it causes rapid curing Polyamide resin has good resistance to acid and alkali, vegetable oil and mineral oil. Because of its polar groups such as amino, carbonyl and amido, it has good bonding properties for wood, pottery, paper, cloth, brass, aluminum, phenolic resin, polyester resin polyethylene and other plastics.
Polyamide resin is reacted from dimer acid and diamine. This product is mainly used in gravure plastic printing inks and paper printing inks. It has very good adhesion on polyethylene material, especially be fit for printing on polyethylene film, plastic film such as tinsel composite laminated film. The printing ink which is made from this polyamide resin has good adhesion, high gloss, low freezing point, good solvent release and good compatible with nitrocotton.

Application
Polyamide resin for printing ink is synthesized by polycondensation with High Purity Dimeric Acid and diamine as raw materials, adopting unique formula design, advanced technological process and professional production equipment. The plastic printing ink made of this series of products has excellent printing applicability.
Polyamide hot melt adhesive is made by polycondensation of dimeric acid and diamine. It is a solid state at room temperature and a liquid state at melting. With fluidity and bonding function the product has good low-temperature solubility and melting, thermal stability and flexibility.
