What is your MOQ?
Usually for stock products, the moq is 1pc. For non-stock and custom products, the moq is 500pcs per shipment. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for the same price as bulk order. And custom samples will be charged accordingly.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
