Q1.How long it takes for an order?

Enough stock available, normally it takes 1-2 work days to ship out.

Q2.How to control the lcd quality?

Each display would be test strictly one by one at least 7 times during the procedure to make sure it can work 100%, the stability of those two quality goods are consistent, panel manufacturer for 4.7 series is from Tianma, and for 5.5 series is from JDI, each screen has individual package to keep safe enough.

Q3.Where are you based?

We are professional manufacturer in dongguan city which specialized in aftermarket iPhone lcds and batteries for more than 10 years, and offices in both Shenzhen and LA.

Q4.Can we use customized packaging?

Yes, customized package is optional, you should pay extra for the designed boxes first, and then we would return the money back when the boxes use out, the MOQ for the boxes with same size is: 3K / model, besides, labels and stickers are optional( for free ).

Q5.What is the warranty?

Right now the returns should be send to LA, we do have a professional team to process it within one week, we would make compensation according to the RMA report, and the compensate amount would be cut in the new order.(the returns can be send to Holland soon in the near future)
