4: How much is the sample fee?
USD 100/item (delivery fee will be on your side).
If the total amount is over USD4,000, it will be refunded.
If you had placed an order to us before, we will not charge you of the samples for the following orders.
5: If I provide the original sample to you for duplicating, should I pay the sample fee as well?
No, duplication is free.
6: If I'm not satisfied with the sample which you made, will you make an improved one? Should I pay the additional fee?
No additional fee, we will go on revising sample without any additional charge till your satisfaction.
