Q1. Is it unprocessed remy hair ?

Yeah. The hair is cut from young girl with full cuticle aligned.

It is 100% unprocessed healthy remy human hair.

Q2. Can the hair be dyed or bleached?

All the hair can be ironed,dyed and bleached to the colors you want.

For color #613 you need to do it professionally to get exact color without damage the hair.

Whatever pls do not dye or bleach the hair frequently.

Q3. What’s the best temperature for flat iron or curled iron?

We recommend 160-180 Celsius degree or 320-360 Fahrenheit degree.

Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control.

Heat protection products will be recommended during high temperature iron.

Q4. Will this hair hold curls well?

Yes! Our hair can hold curls beautifully! We have some tips:

>>Find correct temperature for hair curling. Suggest you raise the temperature little by little to test it out.

>>Time control is very important. Suggest let the wand/curl sits on the hair around 8-10 seconds with proper temperature.

>>Apply some hair spray will keep the curl pattern durable for whole day.

Q5. Why does the hair shed or tangle?

New hair will have few strands initial shedding which is normal. Excessive shedding & tangle may come from:

a.    Poor weft construction.

b.    Weft cutting.

c.    Dry hair.

For poor weft construction issue, please contact us and send pictures immediately, will help you do refund or exchange based on our refund policy.

We are STRONG RECOMMEND customer SEAL WEFT & DO NOT CUT TRACK. And the dryness problem will lead tangle and shed, please follow our hair care instruction and do conditioner to co-wash it at least once a week !

Q6. How long can it last?

Can last one year or longer, pls take care of it as your own hair. More care more longer.
