Product Description
Features:
1. The product design is in accordance with NB/T 47044 and ASME B16.34 standards.
2. The valve stem has undergone quenching and tempering and nitriding treatment, and has high temperature resistance, wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.
3. The inner cavity of the valve body adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure (Wood seal). The higher the pressure of the inner cavity of the valve body, the better the sealing performance.
4. The gate structure has two forms: elastic wedge gate and wedge double gate. The elastic wedge single gate relies on the force of the medium to force the gate to the valve seat to ensure the sealing of the sealing surface. In addition, the gate has elasticity, which can compensate the deformation due to processing or high temperature difference, and meet the sealing requirements. The wedge-type double gate adopts the gate frame structure, which is convenient for maintenance and has good sealing effect such as automatic adjustment of the sealing angle according to the valve body.
5. The valve seat and the sealing surface of the gate are made of cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing or plasma spray welding, which has good high temperature and abrasion resistance and scratch resistance.
