1. How to customize my ideal products?
A: You can provide us your AI,CDR,PDS,PDF design, our designer will send you the artwork to confirm and provide you small panel within 30 minutes. After confirmation, we will send you samples within 2 days.
2. How to pay?
A: TT and online payment are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated.
30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
3. What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantity.
Generally, the delivery time will be within 7 days if within 50pcs
4. If I don't have AI, PSD,CDR fiile, what should we do?
A:You can send us your design by JPG or just your idea,our designer can help you finish the perfect design.
5. If I want to add our company logo, player name, number on the uniforms, does it needs extra charge?
A: There is no extra charge for adding logo, name, number, etc., the cost already contains these expenses.
6. Do you have any related machines so I can do my embroidery products?
A: Of course, we have the embroidery / screen printing supplier and also with low MOQ.
