1. How you get a quotation?
Inform us your idea of your project, with below details will be appreciate:
Size, material, printing process, quantity, contents, deliver preference (by sea, by air by express, we can
discuss).
After we know well the details, we will quote asap-within 24 hours.
2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you need a dummy sample or similar samples from our previous productions, FREE samples will be provide
only freight collected.
If need digital sample or printed sample on machine, you have to pay partial sample cost and freight, that
means we will share half or all cost when order placed.
3. Regarding the printing job, please find the general procedures as below:
1. Your approval on price and printing specifications
2. We send you Proforma Invoice
3. You supply the art work (AI, PDF, Indd file are all available for us)
4. You pay 50% deposit of the total amount (T/T, West Union or Paypal)
5. We email printing proof (3-7 days) to you OR by courtier to your office within 3-5 working days.
6. You confirm the proof

8. You verify the print when the job is finished
9. You pay the balance
10. We make the delivery and arrange the export (by express, by air and by sea)
