Usually our MOQ is 2000pcs, We’d like to accept your trial order with lower quantity

2.Can I get samples?
Of course, you can. We usually provid existing samples free of charge. Sample charge would be refunded after official order placed.

3.How long is the sample lead time?
For open item, it takes 4-5working days. For your own design/patterns, it takes 7-10 working days, based on your request,new printing screen,etc.

4.How long is your production lead time?
Usually it takes 25-30days for MOQ. We have enough production capacity,which can insure fast delivery time for your large order quantity.

5.What file format do you need, If I make my own design?
We have our own house designers, you can provide AI,DWG,PDF files etc, we will make 3D drawing for mould or printing screen for your final approval.

6.How many colors available?
We match colors with Panton, You can just tell us the Panton color code you want, we will do it and match it. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

7.Which kind of certifyicate do you have
LFGB/CE /Reach

8.What is your payment term
Our normal payment term is TT, 30% deposit after order placed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight.
