A:Lead time is 5-7 working days, USD 50-150/style.Will take responsibility for the sample until been consider satisfied. Sample fee can be refunded when the trade value reaches USD 8,000.
2.Q:What is your MOQ?
A: Small quantity for stock products, if you have own design and requirements, pls send us, then we can according to the
requests to do OEM order.
3.Q:What is your payment terms?
A:Usually we need to charge full amount for small orders, as for order more than usd1000, we support T/T 30% in advance,the balance 70% will be paid before shipment.
4.Q:What is the delivery time?
A:5-7 days for stock products. Regarding the bigger quantity, 25-35 Days after the advance deposit and sample confirmed, to be negotiated according to the final quantity. Urgent order is acceptable for higher price.
5.Q:Do you accept OEM/ODM work?
A:Yes, we have cooperated factory could provide OEM/ODM service. We have been cooperating with many famous foreign supermarkets.
6.Q:How can i know the quality before getting the goods if i don’t have the third-party inspection?
A:We will send sample before mass production. We will take photos for confirmation when the goods ready. Also we will be responsible for those damaged goods which may caused by transportation.

A:Yes, we do provide 7/24 after-sale service.
