A1: Yes, any customized design are accepted here, just please show me your design or your logo, and then, we will make the sample as per your idea.
Q2: Can I do the mixed order?
A2: Yes, no problem, but mixed order is just for stock items, and we have several thousand stock items for your reference, small quantity each design also will be ok.
Q3: Could I custom my own packing/Logo?
A3: Yes, we provide custom packing service, which need to quote price/MOQ based on your requirements.
Q4: What's your shipping method? How long will it take?
A4: Our common shipping method is DHL, Fedex or UPS. Shipping time is 4 to 6 days.
Q5: How long does the color last?
A5: We use vacuum plating, gold layer is 0.35 micron thick. Plating layer is 3 microns thick. Gold or rose gold color can last for 3 years long. Our products can be worn in water, swimming, shower.
