1.What is your MOQ?
Usually, our MOQ is 20,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order if we have stocks. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking the quality of our products and know our services.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide an existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. The sample charge is refundable when you place the order or it’s up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL etc. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our Alibaba Account, then we will ship sample. It takes about 2-5 days to reach.
3.How long is the lead time of sample?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need silk screen printing, hot stamping, frosting or decal etc. Anyway, we will respond fast to your request.
4.How long is the production time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. What is the payment term in your company?
T/T with 30% deposit in advance, the rest balanced before shipment.
